Patching and Operation

All devices connected to wired and wireless network are in scope to be patched. This request for proposals (RFP) aims for a full patch life cycle review of all devices in scope, with a goal of improving process in all areas and across all teams. Vendor team will be integrated with NYU Langone support teams to evaluate current processes, and improve them with shorter SLA for patching, better reporting, automation, and more.
