Epilepsy & Seizure Disorders
NYU Langone’s Comprehensive Epilepsy Center is one of the leading epilepsy centers in the United States. It offers the latest diagnostic technology and treatments for adults, as well as for children with epilepsy and seizure disorders.
Our collaborative team of experts, including neurologists, neurosurgeons, and epileptologists—neurologists who specialize in epilepsy—cares for people with all types of epilepsy and seizure disorders, including those that are most difficult to control, using traditional and experimental treatment. The team also includes psychiatrists, clinical nurses, nurse practitioners, neuropsychologists, social workers, imaging technologists, and researchers.
People with complex disorders often benefit from conferences that bring together more than 20 members of this team, leading to the creation of a personalized treatment plan.
