Clinical Trials

Adults with Parkinson’s disease may benefit from participating in clinical trials. During a clinical trial, promising new medications, medical devices, or other treatments are tested in scientifically controlled settings. These studies are required for the approval of new therapies.

The Fresco Institute maintains an active research program dedicated to helping our doctors gain a better understanding of the causes of Parkinson’s disease. Our experts investigate new therapies that may improve symptoms or slow disease progression.

You and your doctor can decide if a clinical trial is right for you.
