The primary care locations of the Family Health Centers at NYU Langone have received recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance as Patient-Centered Medical Homes (PCMH). This care model focuses on putting the patients first. It helps create better relationships between patients and their healthcare teams.

Rehabilitation medicine and physical therapy for adults and children are provided through Rusk Rehabilitation Brooklyn at Seventh Avenue Family Health Center.
Dentistry and oral health care, HIV counseling and testing, and nutrition counseling are also available. As a patient at the Family Health Centers at NYU Langone, you can also be referred to doctors from more than 30 adult and pediatric medical and surgical specialties as needed. Bilingual services are available in Mandarin, Cantonese, and Spanish.
