The primary care locations of the Family Health Centers at NYU Langone have received recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance as Patient-Centered Medical Homes (PCMH). This care model focuses on putting patients first. It helps create better relationships between patients and their healthcare teams.

We meet the healthcare needs of the entire family through programs that focus on primary and specialized medical care, dentistry, and social support services.
View All Family Health CentersWe also provide behavioral health and general and pediatric dentistry, and our medical staff is fluent in Russian and Spanish. As a patient at the Family Health Centers at NYU Langone, you can also be referred to doctors from more than 30 adult and pediatric medical and surgical specialties as needed.
Park Slope Family Health Center is also home to the Project SAFE Teen Health Center, which provides gynecological exams, birth control, and testing for pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases to youth between the ages of 13 and 20.
Our care team includes clinicians who specialize in family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, and obstetrics and gynecology.

We are open Monday and Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30AM to 8:00PM; and Saturday from 8:30AM to 4:30PM. We are closed Sunday.
