Doctors at Hassenfeld Children’s Hospital at NYU Langone diagnose learning disorders and provide support to children in preschool and elementary, middle, and high school. Our neuropsychologists consider a variety of factors that can affect learning skills—including brain development, the learning environment, and medical or psychiatric conditions, such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder—before making a diagnosis and recommending treatments that suit a child’s needs.
Given the lifelong nature of learning disorders, our doctors also diagnose and support young adults with these conditions.
